Job description
We are looking for an aspiring HR Executive to be a part of our end-to-end recruitment process and to handle the generalist activities. The Executive guides and manages the overall provision of human resources services, policies and training programs for the entire company. An ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
Good experience in hiring candidates through various channels
Sourcing candidates from the internal database and job portals as per the requirement
Create job descriptions for various designations
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Coordinate and conduct document verification
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Negotiating with job portals for signing an MoU
Coordinate with teams for the training activities
Completing the onboarding process for new employees
Coordinate with the accounts team for reimbursement
Find the best possible ways to make the process more effective
Requirements
Good experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
Exposure to various job portals
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Immediate joiners are preferred
